I should have listened to my instincts when I stood at the trail-head of a local park-slash-forest ready for a walk. It was a rainy day and the entrance didn’t look too inviting. It was conjuring this disenchanting feeling of an abandoned and forgotten place. But I proceeded regardless and regretted that I have. I lost there my beloved Fitbit. This unfortunate, though rather insignificant event on a wider scope of the cycle called life, still ruined my day. Guess how surprised I was when Fitbit’s Customer Service Rep emailed me that they would send me a new Fitbit as a replacement. Isn’t it one awesome company? I say ‘YEAH!’.

Powinnam była słuchać podszeptów serca, stojąc na wejściu do lokalnego parku. Deszcz i brak światła nie zachęcały do przechadzki, a wręcz odżegnywały od wejścia robiąc wrażenie porzuconego i zapomnianego miejsca na ziemi. Polazłam jednak, mimo ostrzeżeń i zaraz zgubiłam swój ulubiony Fitbit. Choć jest to mało istotne zdarzenie w skali jaką życie może czasem przybrać, to i tak czułam się jak oszukana i pobita. Wyobraźcie sobie jak zaskoczona byłam gdy firma zdecydowała podesłać mi gratis nowy Fitbit. Czy nie są niesamowici? Hurra!
